Delivery Charges
Sprout hand delivers your gift
with care. We do not outsource delivery service so that each order is accounted for and presented by an associate of Sprout
Fine Floral Concepts. We ask each recipient to sign a delivery slip and offer delivery confirmation by phone/email by request.
Local delivery is $12.50 and will be added to each order delivered. Deliveries outside our
local area are a little bit more. Orders received before noon are usually delivered same-day.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders in advance.
Special Deliveries
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, usually an additional
“Hot
Shot” fee is required for immediate or timed deliveries.
- Weekend deliveries must be scheduled ahead of time as Sprout reserves weekends
for special event clients.
Delivery of orders
to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed because of the level of difficulty in locating these addresses.
Out of Town Deliveries
Sprout will order flowers to be delivered to your loved ones across the world for you. As
your agent, we choose a trustworthy florist and select designs and products from them on your behalf.
This service costs $10 and is charged to your credit card when you place your out of town
order. A second charge will be placed to your credit card from the florist that completes the order for you.
Delivery to
Hospitals
It is helpful to include
the room number or ward of the recipient. When possible please check with the hospital before placing your order to insure
that your friend is still there.
Some facilities do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms.
If so we have the nurse station sign the delivery slip and trust them to present the arrangement at an appropriate time.
Many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers however they can have other gifts that we would be
happy to deliver for you. If you would like to send flowers to a person in ICU then we call each morning to know when your
friend gets into a regular hospital room.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not home when the we attempt a delivery, we will:
- Call the recipient to reschedule the delivery.
- Leave
the bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information.
- If an adjacent neighbor is not home and we are not able to contact the recipient then we leave a note on
the recipient's door asking them to contact us.
- We
only leave the bouquet unattended unless given permission from you or by the recipient.
