When ordering by email just include the following information.  A representative will confirm your order by email or phone.  Orders received by 10 AM are usually delivered the same day.

• Name of Recipient
• Address  to Deliver to. If it is a business address please list the name of the business.
• Telephone Number (work/cell/home)
• Would you like to send a Designers Choice Arrangement or something specific?
• The enclosure card message
• Your price point.  Our average order is approximately $75
• Delivery Date
• Each order will be charged 7.25% sales tax and a delivery fee based on location.
• Your  Contact Information

If you have ordered from Sprout in the past, we appreciate your choosing Sprout for your floral needs;   we have your information on file.  Your name (if not listed on your email address) and contact phone number is sufficient. 

If you have not ordered in the past, THANK YOU for choosing Sprout! For your safety we will secure payment information with you when we call to confirm this order.

Our clients feel comfortable placing messages for orders on our answering machine after hours and over the weekend when we are out of the studio.  That’s wonderful we love it! 

Please remember that weekend deliveries must be prescheduled.    

Please note that orders must be confirmed by an associate.  If you have not received phone/email confirmation about your order we have not received it.
